Order Processing Features

Order Split: Split an order into multiple shipments to allow shipping based on your customer expectations, your inventory status or simply to optimize delivery times or rates.

Order Combine: Combine multiple orders into one shipment to allow shipping based on your customer expectations, your inventory status or simply to optimize delivery times or rates.

Create Labels: Create a label through our API directly from your order overview or from the dedicated shipment manager.

Print Label: Print your labels in PDF or ZPL format to have labels ready and compatible with the physical printing process you have in place.

Correct Order/Shipment: Edit orders and shipments to ensure you can correct any errors that have happened during checkout or processing changes that have been requested after initial order and shipment preparation.

Cancel Shipment: Simply cancel any shipment when you need it because the customer has cancelled or changed an order.

Tracking Information: Automatically get tracking information back from our API and attached to your order to ensure you have it handy for your customer communication strategy.

Synced Invoices: No extra invoices or payment are needed to for the Plug-In. Simply sync your existing UPS Account and pay, book and reconcile according to your standard processes.

Negotiated Rates: Activate your negotiated rates by contacting your account manager or use the standard advantageous UPS Plug-In rates.

Commercial Invoices: Compatible with commercial invoices through dedicated API integration. Contact your Account Manager to activate this feature.

Integration Features

Native Integration: UPS Plug-Ins make use of exclusive UPS APIs to give you the best possible native integration with UPS.

Syncs with your UPS Account: UPS Plug-Ins syncs automatically with the UPS account you have connected to the Plug-Ins. You can choose to connect your existing account or use the dedicated Plug-Ins account that will automatically be created during setup.
